We understand that sometimes you might need to exchange an item after purchase. To ensure a smooth experience, please carefully review our exchange policy before placing your order.
Please note: Due to the vast number of products we offer, PakistanBazar.PK currently does not offer refunds on purchases. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will consider exchanges in certain situations.
Exchanges (subject to company approval):
- Incorrect item received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item subject to stock availability.
- Damaged item received: If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange depending on the situation.
What is not covered by our exchange policy:
- Items that are damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
- Items that are returned without original packaging or receipt.
- Items that are exchanged after the exchange window has closed (usually 24 hours after receiving the order).
- Products that are specifically marked as non-exchangeable on the product page.
How to initiate an Exchange:
- Contact our customer service team within the exchange window (24 hours of receiving the order) by calling (contact number can be found on contact us page) or emailing us at [email protected].
- Clearly state your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the reason for exchange.
- Our customer service team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days to confirm if the exchange is approved and provide further instructions.
Please note: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your own peace of mind.
