Return Policy
- We only accept returns for items that are in perfect, unused condition – this includes fashion items that have only been tried on for fit. If a product is returned to us in less than ideal condition, we will have to send it back to you.
- Please ensure that the product you are returning includes all original tags, the user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Pakistan Bazar PK packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Please do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box, as this will damage the product and void the return policy. Thank you for your understanding.
- For all apparel goods, return policy applies only if there is a defect from our side. Reasons for exchange color, size and fabric are not applicable.
Note: For a hassle-free return, make sure to print out the return label and paste it onto your return parcel. This will help avoid any delays in the return process.
